There is a moment in every ambitious project when nobody can promise it is going to work. You have run the numbers, asked the hard questions and seen what could go wrong—and you still see something worth building.

Heath created Moonshot LaunchWorks for the people willing to take that shot. His perspective comes from manufacturing operations and commercial freeze-drying: equipment decisions, facility constraints, utility problems, startup pressure, scaling questions and the daily work of turning expensive assets into useful production.

The value is not knowing every answer before the project starts. It is knowing which questions become expensive when they are asked too late.

Through leadership inside a commercial freeze-drying operation, Heath has worked through toll processing, ingredients, product development, packaging, equipment and facility decisions at production scale. That experience gives Moonshot an unusually practical lens on projects crossing from concept into production.
